I am a Founding Partner of do-Be-do,
a training and development business which focuses on ‘living
the unlived life’ – the Being side of do-Be-do.
We are currently pioneering arts-based
training & development approaches for developing managers and leaders.
This approach particularly develops people behind the role, as well
as re-creating conventional techniques for task management in a new
and inspiring way.
do-Be-do has established
itself as an Accredited Centre with the ILM,
and as a first initiative now run an arts-based management development
Certificate.
