So ... what is leader and leadership development?

The answer to this question lies in the unique character of each organisation. In view of this, our aim is to align both leader and leadership development closely with work-based practices. This ensures a bespoke benefit to the organisation and sustainable learning for participants.

We involve key people from the client organisation in designing tailor-made, challenging and refreshingly insightful learning initiatives. These designs develop people as confident leaders who can themselves promote a broad practice of leadership in the organisation.

Learning involves a combination of different developmental interventions such as:
  • themed modules (with theory and experiential learning),
  • one-to-one guidance,
  • reflexive practice,
  • assessed projects,
  • developing resource centres, and
  • observational learning.
 

Helping people to think differently, gather energy and work to realistic and practical aspirations are at the heart of both leader and leadership learning.

Assessment of learning
We are interested in module feedback, in how participants learn from the modules and how they apply that learning. However, our primary and passionate interest is measuring the extent of participants' contribution to real business success as a direct result of their development.
