DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP — the broader picture

Leadership is the inter-relations between people, the relationship between people and ideas, between people and hopes and aspirations of the business. Out of this grows Leadership Capacity of the business.
By challenging the concept of followership, we are broadening the ownership and leadership capacity of the workforce, strengthening collaboration, empowerment,mutual support and individuality.

Seemingly insignificant episodes of leadership are not high profile nor charismatic so do not call attention, and yet are essential to a business. These episodes emerge through conversation, connections and creativity.
We develop leadership skills and capabilities in:

  • understanding psychological perspectives of leadership
  • the finer and hidden aspects of interpersonal communication
  • coaching, mentoring and positive feedback to bring out great leadership activities throughout the organisation
  • engaging the informal system of the business as a critical aspect of corporate functioning - and making it work at its best.
We develop leadership in context, exploring power dynamics, developing strategic thinking, imagination and the art of influence, understanding emotional competencies of the leading.
