Sue Congram is a Chartered Psychologist and highly experienced practitioner in organisation development. Specialising in leadership, she is effective in working with the system, teams and one-to-one, where interventions are most needed. She is particularly competent at helping managers work through difficult people issues.

Sue has a Diploma in Gestalt in Organisational Consulting & Coaching and is studying ‘the complex nature of leadership’ through PhD research at Cardiff University, Wales.

She is core faculty on Gestalt in Organisations Diploma programmes in Greece and Scandinavia, supervising trainees and professional practitioners in these locations and in the UK.

The author of four books, and co-editor of ‘Education and Imagination’, Sue has published numerous papers and book chapters on psychology at work and in life (see Publications). She runs workshops on her specialised field of practice and speaks at seminars and conferences on organisational ‘fields’, psychological perspectives of leadership, and research that she is currently undertaking.

Sue is on the Executive Board of the Marion Woodman Foundation in the US and runs international events to support this cause.

Simon

Simon Dawson FCIPD

CIPD logoSimon is a specialist in Human Resource Management. He has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 1984.

Much of his career has been in corporate work where his main experience is in the management of change for people. His major interest is in humanistic approaches to traditional management methods. He is engaged in PhD research on this, and his findings are already contributing to the work of the space between.


A previous UK Partner has set up the space between with Australian Partners who operate throughout Australasia and the South Pacific.
